Focused exclusively on specialty-trained physicians and their practices in areas such as surgery, diagnostics, and the sub-specialties of internal medicine, PSP has developed a robust in-house database of not only specialist candidates but also important metrics surrounding both the clinical and financial aspects of their practices.

Staffing
For many clients, in order to start or stabilize their specialty physician programs, our staffing model is an excellent option. With many of our candidates under contract, this option allows us to meet a client’s need quickly whether it be for a long-term multi-year assignment or a short-term stint as well.
In this model, our firm handles all of the logistical issues with regard to items such as physician travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance. We also help facilitate the referencing and credentialing process.
